one of the good ones

 

On Sunday, I spent the day in my garden with my beautiful parents (we got lots done as you can see from the piccies!), got an unexpected email that made my heart soar & even recognised a child-like giddy happiness somewhere in my heart place that I hadn't seen for a while. I suddenly felt a shift in the air, a new-found fierceness (in the healthy sense!), and re awoke my desire to make some much needed changes in my life. They might be scary (gulp!) but I have learnt the tough lesson that sometimes I need to wriggle out of comfort zone & allow myself to feel a little discomfort before I can truly start getting to where I want to be. I don't want to wait anymore.

Yep, Sunday was just one of the good ones.
